Leaky plumbing that was never fixed correctly. Landlord brought in an incompetent plumber then charged the tenant for the plumbing "repair " plumber actually made everything worse.

I tried to call for verification on apartments because websites said different than the information I received from an email. When my message was received and they called me back a very rude old woman answered the phone telling me never to call her establishment to call them a liar (which I never did might I add) I will never been interested in these apartments again very disgusting encounter.

This was our first apartment. We lived here for three years, and it's been a good experience! The management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. The pool and playground are nice additions. The apartments are older, but they take good care of them. We never had issues with bugs or pests. Very clean apartments and onsite laundry facilities. The outside grills are great when the weather's pleasant. It's a good location, close to most everything. Great prices for a solid apartment complex!

They are very friendly people who welcomed us with open arms and we are very happy at our new home. There was no problem getting in and everything went smoothly, we were always updated and on the same page.
