The salespeople were patient and thorough, and helped us settle on a Speed Queen washer/dryer set that was in stock. Tony, the delivery and installation person, arrived slightly early and had both machines in place and working in 30 minutes. He was also patient and thorough while walking us through the operation of each machine. This was the culmination of a long ordeal that started with my unsuccessful attempts to repair a 25 year-old washer, and then a purchase, delivery, and return of a broken laundry center purchased through Home Depot. Lesson learned: stay with TeeVax (I'm a 20+ year customer except for that one purchase through Home Depot), and buy American if possible. Yes it cost a bit more. I already got my money's worth. We now have a three-year warranty and machines that will run for years and be easy to repair (by TeeVax) if & when that time comes. (Our 1960's-era Speed Queen washer & dryer lasted through 30+ years of very heavy use.)

I was calling all over for an ADA dishwasher on short notice and was coming up empty until someone recommended Teevax. They had what I needed! And the salesperson, Sean, was excellent. He returned my calls promptly, and very patiently answered all my questions...even when I called him back a couple extra times to double check my notes before making the purchase. Great customer service!
