You CANNOT reach a real person by phone. I’ve had numerous doctors offices fax over the paperwork to their posted fax number and EVERY TIME they claim not to have received it. My doctor’s aren’t able to reach them either. This company plays a dangerous game with people’s health!!!

They couldn't find my order, I was sent out to the waiting room. I was treated like it was my fault. I was given an email to send my order to. She kept telling me she's not getting my email. I was kicked to the back of the line and they still could not find my order. I gave up. I thought well maybe I didn't place the order right, until I saw the charge on my credit card for the test. I'm going to a different lab. I was not happy having to drive 20 miles to not get my test done.

My husbands arm was super bruised and sore after getting blood work done here.. they were clearly rushed and had to dig for a vein. Not a pleasant experience.. get your blood drawn anywhere else if you can help it

My daughter went to Quest Diagnostics yesterday. It was horrible, if you can go anywhere else..... Do it. After several try's they did not get the blood we needed for her testing. Now she has to heal and we have to go else where and fight through her fear to get this "simple" test done. After they poked her the first time, the woman dropped the band aid on the floor and still used it on my daughters arm. She then went and got another woman to help because she clearly couldn't get a responsive vein. The second woman came in and tried her another arm and dug around to no avail. All the while my daughter whom has lived in her own body for 34 years was telling them to use a butterfly needle and telling them where to get the blood higher up towards her wrist. These two women would not listen. I guess the fact that my daughter has had blood drawn on numerous occasions and has lived in her own body does not count, text books and training are the trick of the trade. However, they failed and my daughter still does NOT get what she needs. Look for another lab for your self and your family members.

Questions & Answers

My son has autism. Do you use numb spray or something to make your experience more pleasant?

That is a very good question, call the lab directly and all them if they can use the numbing spray. Also ask to see their best phlebotomist.

I have serious difficulties when it comes to getting blood drawn.. I am scheduled for oral surgery and they staff have not been able to start an IV on me twice I have gone and no. Success...

I have the same problem. At the hospital they have to use an ultrasound machine to give me an IV. They should be able to just give you a shot to put you to sleep for your oral surgery. That's what they did for me when they couldn't get a vein
