Hard to rate as our visit was very short. We were in the market for an upright freezer but they didn't have any on display. It's nice to have a local, non chain, appliance sales and service business, and in our neighborhood too. Will have to try again next time we need a new appliance.

I just wanted to offer my compliments to Harold, your repair technician who came out to our house today to repair a refrigerator. Harold was extremely professional. He knew how to complete the repair work competently. He recognized what the problem was and showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. Additionally, he spotted some other possible “trouble areas” with our refrigerator and warned me how to avoid those issues. When he was done, he even noticed that our freezer door handle was slightly loose and tightened it on our behalf. He was clearly very competent and knew how to take care of issues with the refrigerator effectively. In addition to his willingness to explain what he was doing, I also appreciate your repairman's great personality and attitude. We were very satisfied with his work.
