Do not rent anything from this place!! Worst apartments you can ever rent from!!

Amending my previous rating. Apartments are filling with addicts, thieves, and criminals. Security is a joke. Had my plates and catalytic converter stolen off my vehicles OVERNIGHT. Several women have also been attacked outside, these buildings are NOT safe anymore. If they have an issue with anything dealing with your apartment your given less than a WEEK to address the issue or they'll have maintenance handle it with a labor fee and atleast a +200% product cost for anything replaced. Do not rent here. RUN. [FORMER RATING] Nice buildings and staff, the parking lot is insecure though. Have had stuff stolen from my vehichles twice now.

Horrible service, shut down the pool during covid and still charged the residents for it. Maintenance is never around, and during a leak installed a new toilet but left gunk behind all over the bathroom and did nothing about it. they say no smoking but residents completely ignore it, are smoking in their apartments and on the decks. Nice location and that’s about it.

Do not move here. I was lucky to be released from my lease early. If you can’t find anything else, it’s not time to move. If you value your sleep, stay where you are. I saw and heard so much that I still can’t get out of my head. That was 1994-1995, but I’m still hearing about things.
