I worked here and I loved it until people who don’t understand factory work -the workers in upper management- come in and criticize the supervisors. The consumers were amazing to work with and my fellow supervisors as well. There was some nepotism involved and I was fired for not being able to keep up with numbers (I have a learning disability when it comes to math) but was never told until I actually started working, that math was a huge part of the job. I do miss my fellow colleagues and consumers but upper management really needs more empathy. Great workshop though
