Zero stars if possible. How incompetent, lazy and useless is this place. I went to the Azis ansari show yesterday and had to wait for nearly an hr to get out beucase their pay machines or the exit barriers did not work. Shows what happens when unmotivated, careless and lazy city workers are allowed to run a parking garage. Avoid at all costs

Neither the person on duty on Saturday nor the person on the other end of their emergency phone number at the garage could tell me whether or not the garage would be closing at 6 p.m. or staying open later for a special event. Then at 6 p.m., they were ready to lock in my car overnight if I hadn't run back down to ask at the last minute if they were locking up or not. A silly way to run a business not letting your employees know what time they should close.
