This is one of the best communities for 55 and over. They have 2 swimming pools and a large jacuzzi. They have a excellent fitness center with a 55 inch television. They even have a nice quiet reading room with an abundance of books and magazines. There's a large clubhouse to hold functions. The manager Norma is very friendly.

Hi I live in the park. Not condos. Some people own their land. There was a buyout of land a number of years ago. There are many lots for sale currently,. Conditions apply for mobiles placed on the lots
Great location! Can't understand why theyare not putting in new homes? The park has looked more than half empty for years

The hoa covers the pools and the clubhouse the water and the maintenance of the park. There are pet rules. You can have two pets up to 25 lbs each not-to-exceed 17 in in height. An application must be filled out for each pet
