The hoa covers the pools and the clubhouse the water and the maintenance of the park. There are pet rules. You can have two pets up to 25 lbs each not-to-exceed 17 in in height. An application must be filled out for each pet
1 pet per home under 25 pounds. No HOA fees, owner pays monthly space rent & utilities. Hope this helps.
