Hi I live in the park. Not condos. Some people own their land. There was a buyout of land a number of years ago. There are many lots for sale currently,. Conditions apply for mobiles placed on the lots
Are there lots for sale, and if so, what are the prices? Also, what are the restrictions for putting a new manufactured home on the lots?
Jessica you are wrong, this park went Condo years ago, there is no rent you own the lot and you pay a HOA fee for the Clubhouse pools , gate etc
No rentals at El Dorado Palms, All homes have to be owner occupied. Hope this helps.
Rentals are either advertised by owner with a sign on the lot; or they're listed on the real estate rental sites. www.cdaronline.org is the local MLS that you can search for rentals but only realtors post there - so private party ("by owner") rentals won't be listed.
