Great location! Can't understand why theyare not putting in new homes? The park has looked more than half empty for years
Yes, the land is included with purchase of unit, for the most part. Almost all units include land now. I am not sure but I think an investor bought up all the empty land plots, for the people who didnt purchase the land with their unit when given the chance. But if you buy a unit in El Dorado Palms now it most likely includes the land. Which is quite the deal I beleive since space rents are so high everywhere else. It is the only park where you own the land in Palm Springs city limits. I beleive it is treated as a CO-OP if you are familiar with term, since it is owned by owners of each lot.
Yes, you own the complete real estate. The park is organized as a condominium society. HOA fees just were increased to $240.00 p/m.
