My card doesn't expire until 8/5/22, though my prescriptions ended on Dec/Jan. I don't see why I paid $249 for scripts to end before the expiration of my card. Its silly that the scripts are only for "210" days, talk about a money grab. Speaking on the phone to customer service was okay, but honestly, the best customer service was by email, by Kirk Robertson - he's the real hero in helping answer my questions and assisted me whenever I needed help. They're okay. Not sure I would necessarily recommend. Also, it's $195 to renew- I rather go elsewhere for a renewal fee that's less, miracle leaf is $150 for renewal.

CannaMD - Miami Medical Marijuana Doctors & Cannabis Cards | Sep 10, 2020

As outlined by Amendment 2, the following conditions qualify for medical marijuana treatment in Florida: ALS, cancer, Crohn’s disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and PTSD. In addition to these qualifying conditions, Senate Bill 8A also allows for treatment of other “diagnosable, debilitating conditions of like, kind, or class” (such as anxiety, depression, and migraines), as well as terminal conditions (diagnosed by a physician other than the physician issuing certification) and chronic nonmalignant pain (defined as pain caused by a qualifying medical condition that persists beyond the usual course of that condition). To find out if your condition is eligible, simply give us a call at (855) 420-9170! You may also visit: https://www.cannamd.com/conditions/

Before purchasing cannabis from a medical marijuana treatment center (or dispensary), Florida patients must first qualify for a medical marijuana certification; CannaMD provides qualified patients with the state-required recommendation to complete this process. The state of Florida outlines a number of eligible health conditions. To see if yours is one of them, simply give our board-certified physicians a call at (855) 420-9170. We’re happy to review your personal medical history for FREE and steer you in the right direction!

I would like to know if medical marijuana helps with high blood pressure and thyroid problems? I don't like the side effects of conventional medications.

Sonia Rodriguez | Sep 11, 2019
CannaMD - Miami Medical Marijuana Doctors & Cannabis Cards | Sep 11, 2019

Hi Sonia, Yes, cannabis has been shown to lower blood pressure. Extensive research has documented marijuana's effect on intraocular pressure (IOP) and glaucoma, which is thought to be mediated by marijuana's ability to lower blood pressure. For study details, please see: https://www.cannamd.com/marijuana-glaucoma-still-a-good-idea/ . Hope this was helpful!
