I am not satisfied with the attention of the people who work here. They are very rude and are always so busy that they hardly give information when asked about something. They put on a bad face, they give attitude, they make noises of annoyance for the queries. I have accompanied my mother to her consultations on several occasions and it is always the same. Patients are not responsible for their poor service. They take a long time to attend. Few professionals and many patients.

Be prepared to spend 1/2 day waiting. A zoo. Requested an early appointment to minimize the waiting period and was told to come in at 730am when in fact the institute opens at 8am. Very dissapointing.

Dr Beraja Institute in Coral Gables is a Million times better than Dr Airala eye Institute in hialeah....on Sept 14, 21, 29 dra Yaritza Flores will operate my eyelids..both my eyes..I'm a regular patient there. And every time I go to Dr Berajas eye Institute in coral gables I'm treated like family. I look forward to going there. The love the Nurses and Dr Yaritza Flores give to me is Amazing. I highly recommend this Eye Institute to You.
