Hello: My experience is very bad, because I looked for the information on the Internet and it says that it opens at 8:30 a.m. and I arrived at 8.26 and when I arrived it was already open and they told me that my appointment was at 8.a.m. and I had an argument with the young woman at the reception and I had to seek help from the supervisor's assistant to give her said complaint.

I recommend this place because all the people who work there, both doctors, assistants and office workers are full of love and professionalism, very concerned about their patients in general, yesterday I was there with my 92-year-old mother and we were fascinated, very clean and organized the place and excellent treatment by the girls of the front desk. Terrible customer experience over the phone. Of the few lucky times I have been able to get through, I was quickly put on hold after a super high-speed greeting message. Somewhere between 10-20 minutes on hold, the phone system finally drops my call. Sound familiar? All I need is a prescription refill adjustment that can't be done on their web page, so I have no option but to put up with this aggravation over and over again until I finally get a human being on the phone. Still trying. Still hopeful. Extremely frustrated though.
