I tried to make an appointment for ultrasound, I called 3 times... 3 times they left me waiting for more than 10 min The fourth time they answered me and instantly told me to wait a moment again, I waited 5 more minutes and hung up Common sense, if to make an appointment, a simple appointment by phone and they are so mediocre to serve the public, (because they should have the intention of attracting customers, right? I don't want to imagine what the waiting and attention will be like inside the place There must be better places to have ultrasounds My recommendation, we as patients and clients, deserve a minimum of consideration when requesting a service, at least they don't make us waste time, because in this country time is worth gold.

I couldn't believe the attention I received in that place. It was wonderful, at the counter they explained to me in detail the two things I had to do in detail. My glucose dropped a little so an employee took me to the first place and gave me a seat, they attended me right away and the ultrasound technician was wonderfully friendly, the same as the RX technician. At the end, a girl from the Counter spoke to me with a local driver so that he could bring me to the place where my car was parked. In general I was delighted. Something bad? Nice , the staff are very friendly and professional, the young ladies at the desk make it easy, but the only thing I didn't like was a lady vendor walking from room to room selling fake jewelry to people waiting to see a doctor, even stepping into room with radiation to give change, she had no business being there and the staff doesn't say a word to her , how about patients privacy ??
