You call the dealership or Chrysler
The Service Drive is located on the right side of the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram building. The Service lock box is a little white door with envelopes to fill out and drop off your keys. When you drop off you vehicle please park it in the Service Lane.
The Shuttle runs from 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday, Hope Sound, Stuart, Palm City, and Jensen Beach. Port Saint Lucie 1st trip around 9:30am., 2nd trip around 2:30pm.
Most recalls will allow the customer to have a loaner, otherwise the Service Advisor will look at each situation individually.

Hi Kelly The Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service dept tends to have a full schedule of service appointments on Saturdays. Since service dept. is currently closed, it would be best to bring in, first thing in morning and speak to service advisor directly.
