2.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment @ 78.00 . Ridiculous plus no fluids were topped off, air pressures for the tires were not set correctly 6lb difference between the front tires alone. Quick Lane service ? Change it to when ever we get to it service. They will never see my car again.

You just need to have good negotiating skills when you make your offer at any dealership
