5 Star Dealer in my opinion. Zero impact and no rush car buying experience. Nice sales dept. and management. The service department is excellent. This dealer has every detail aimed at perfection. I have had an issue with a tire inflation sensor and the service department has taken care of it. Really nice professional service writers and managers. Very pleasant experience. Inventory is very low at many car dealers.

Went into Stuart Honda Service to get a replacement car key and have it programmed. Normally the process should take less than 30 minutes. After 3 hours, finally got my car and new key. Was never informed of updates during the process. I felt the cost was excessive.

The techs at this dealer overfill the oil to cause leaks... steer clear of service work at this dealership or even buying anything from these con artists

My parents crv needed a software update and a fluid flush due to a known problem. After calling three times and leaving messages with service I decided to call and speak to Nicole at customer service who managed to get the service manager to call me who was kind until I questioned why his cost for the service was 600 dollars when every where else it was at least 200 less. He then became belligerent telling me that I can go elsewhere and call other places. I have been a mechanic for over 25 years, I do not possess the equipment here to complete this repair, and I know what it entails, I read the service procedure. Why this man felt the need to lie to me that the fluid alone was 150 dollars alone is beyond me. No one uses individual containers they buy it in bulk. Well needless to say I called Ed Morse spoke to Zach had an immediate rapport and had the servive done for just about half including tax. Thanks for reaffirming the term STEALERSHIP!
