Had the puppy plan for $74/mo what do I even pay for? Got my puppy neutered and had to pay for medication, they gave him an awful cone that he ended up maneuvering around and getting to his stitches. I had to bring him in so they can just staple it back up and I asked for another cone turns out I was gonna have to pay for a new one?? And the Dr wanted to up his meds but I was gonna have to pay for that. I had no money at the time cause of bills and one of those bills are for banfield. Very embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. Took My dog after they stapled him off and left crying cause I couldn't pay for anything. Paying $74 a month for what!!??

Been my pet vet at several locations in many states for easily the last two decades. I have never had a bad experience at a Banfield and this was exceptional experience! Puppy (85lb of him 🐶) and I had been in a serious car crash and they were very understanding. Helped referred me to an emergency vet for his serious injuries ❤️(bladder rupture). They didn't do the surgery there, out of their scope, but they followed up and made sure he was okay! And banfield's always amazing for your routine check-ups and any illnesses or minor injuries.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
