Positive: The breakfast was excellent. We liked having a room close to the pool Negative: The pool appeared murky and our room was musty and a little dank until we opened the window and ran the air and exhaust fan for a bit. It just didn¿t feel as clean as usual

We checked into the hotel and found that it was very dusty and not cleaned well. The room was not serviced after the first night and we had to ask for new towels. Our room did not have free wifi on the second floor as advertised. One of the reasons we rented was because of the high ratings on your site. There is no way this room was worth over $200 a nite. We will for sure never stay in this hotel again.

Accommodations were decent, but the staff at the front desk seemed to be confused. I had reservations for two rooms, but they told me I had only reserved one. It was only when I was able to locate the confirmation numbers for both rooms that they were able to find my reservations. Lighting in the room was poor, and the phone in the room was not operating. Breakfast options were decent.

We stay here every year when we visit family. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Our most recent stay had us in a smaller room that was ok. The food is typical hotel food and breakfast on Sunday is only biscuit & gravy which is gross. The fridge froze our drinks solid. Vending machine charge over 3 dollars for a small drink.
