I moved here about a year ago with my partner and we absolutely love living here! Of course we're right down the road from the main town area but the complex itself is amazing. Very calm and peaceful, with all types of families here. Super pet friendly. Clean and well-maintained grounds. The walking trail around the complex is really nice too. The apartment itself is also great. Maybe not as super modern as brand new developments but it's very spacious and has a great layout. Plus you have to love the private entrances! If maintenance is ever needed, you can put in a request online. Even if you set it as a low priority issue, they'll come the following day to fix whatever is needed. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly. Experience with neighbors has been delightful. Some you see more, some less, but we've liked them all. You don't hear others much from inside, only the occasional movie at night if someone has a bigger speaker setup, and it's never been an issue. You don't hear neighbors talking or even their appliances running. Overall, just a great place to live. We've made our home here in Lititz and we'd definitely recommend Newport! :)

Moved in several weeks ago and had a great experience so far. Move in process was a breeze and the apartment was very clean for us. The staff has been more than accommodating for any questions we had. Noise pollution from neighboring apartments has been very minimal which is also a plus. Overall, very happy with Newport Commons so far.

My husband and two young children moved in October 2021. This place has exceeded our expectations, we sold our home and moved here thinking that moving into a townhome the walls would be thin (let me tell you, they are not.. I cannot hear any of my neighbors-unless they are outside) the maintenance men are quick to respond and the management team are quick to return phone calls. The neighbors are incredible and our children (one is a tad too young) can run out back in a huge open grass field where there is an adorable playground and meet and play with other children in the community. We are very lucky when a townhome became available. I can’t foresee us moving out of here anytime soon now
