My toddler came down with Covid the day before our planned trip to mansion house and upon calling to cancel they would not refund the $1250 I paid for a 2 night stay according to their cancellation policy. If my toddler hadn’t gotten Covid I certainly would have gone as planned. They stated all they could do was accommodate another 2 nights within 30 days which was not something I could commit in the height of the summer. Maybe if they refunded me I would not be leaving such a terrible review. Instead this feels like theft.

Very poor customer service. Didnt care about me, my circumstances or the reason for my visit being canceled. Charged me an entire stay, for two nights at $1300 when I couldn't travel due to Covid.

It's about an 8 minute walk from the ferry. Easy to roll suitcases up the sidewalks. If you have too much to carry or are unable to walk uphill a bit, there are usually cabs standing by, and Lyft and Uber are also available on the island
No smoking allowed on the premises at all . Porch, patio, rooftop included.
You should probably ask the front desk, they at least need to be aware.
