I've lived here most of my adult life and for a good reason. The surroundings, the staff and last but not least the geographically desirable location. Easy to Center City Philadelpha, easy commute to NYC, and an easy drive to the Jersey shore.

We love Salem Harbour! The apartment complex could use some updates in the common areas (hallways/stairways), but the size of the apartment itself and the spacious grounds make up for those areas. There are plenty of apartment complexes in the Bensalem/Bristol/Croydon/Levittown area that all offer similar amenities and pricing, but none of them let you wake up and be by the water every morning. The leasing/management team is attentive and responsive when you have issues. The community is friendly, diverse, and quiet. There’s also not too many little kids, which we love. While there are some, the place isn’t swarmed with children. Management hosts different events, contests, and gatherings to keep people involved. Please enjoy seeing Salem Harbour through pictures with my dog, Nala, who loves where she lives (as you can tell).

Hi, I've no idea whether or not this still holds true, but when i was looking for places to live in the community following my spinal cord injury (around ten years ago) I'm almost 100% sure that it was then.
How much is the security deposit....do you have to pay first and last month's rent before signing?how much is the electric on an average?
