Worst Apartment complex ever!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They do not care about their residents. They way over charge on everything. If you would like to pay $25 a month to have your trash taken to the dumpster 3 out of 7 days a week, then move here. If you would like to have the plumbing leak all over your personal items, then move here. If you would like matinence guys to come in and make a mess and not fix anything, then move here. If you want a managment team to talk down to you and treat you like a lesser human being, then move here. If you want a 3rd party electric company to over charge you because the apartments won't replace expensive, broken AC units and heaters then move here. If you want your electric to go out once every couple of weeks, then move here. Once again THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!! RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Only 1 month in and so far so good! Maintenance is great. They gave us the apartment so so neat and perfect conditions. They came back and fixed details without us even asking. But the whole apartment was renovated and with new appliances, extremely clean and with new paint. We love our place!

I moved in to the apartment about six months ago when we were first shown the apartment it was beautiful, but once moved in the problem started my 1yr old and 2 yr old kept getting sick. 12 times to the doctor for upper respiratory problems fevers reaching a high of 104.9 ( can cause brain damage or death ) dr said it could be related to mold so we had mold tests done in apartment all came back with high levels at this point we had to leave to keep are kids safe and notified management they refused to admit there is a problem went as far as sending there Maintenance man in who doesn’t no how to do a mold test and took us to court cause all they care about is money I have no problem paying my rent only wanted problem fixed or moved to new apt or even terminate my lease but they don’t want to be decent so today I brought in another professional and will be taking them back to court and suing. Going to news papers mayor. What ever I have to they will not get away with this.And to the apts idc for a fake response do your Danm job !

I love my apartment at Village Square. The floor plan is very comfortable and the apartment is clean. I also love all the big trees around the apartments. Lots of places to walk my dogs. The office staff is very friendly and go out of there way to make sure there are activities for the tenets. It is in a good location and reasonably priced. I made the right choice.

Village Square does offer month-to-month leases, but it costs more. The apartments are unfurnished, and they are cat friendly. The fee is $35 per month flat for up to two cats.
The resident does pay their electric bill. Water, sewer and trash are billed in a fixed rate utility fee of $35 for a 1 BR and $40 for a 2 BR.
