Once the previous managers left - the complex went to hell. I resided there for 5 years. After 4 years it started declining in the areas of class of people, noise & filthy common areas. Never a problem with previous owners - Home Properties- and office staff. There’s drug dealing, tenants who violate the lease and abundance of rodents and pests. Horrible and yet I was slapped with a bill for $1666 after being told I had the “best apt in the complex”. They charged for normal wear & tear of the apt for 5 years. Such money hungry owners who could care less for decent tenants! I thank God I was able to afford a better , much larger condo with two bathrooms! God is Good! Please note - it appears someone is posting untruthful reviews. Giovanna has not been with HILLBROOK In a while. Any posts indicating 2 or 3 months reviews are lies. She’s been gone for at least 5 or more months. Please read and verify. As with my post - this was written SEVERAL MONTHS ago. Good luck.

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever been in contact with there infested with bed bugs and mice the office ppl don’t do anything to help the maintenance people lie and say one thing and never do it the woman in the front have the worst case of power tripping that I’ve ever seen they only worry about money they charge so much but never fix anything like tbeh should there one maintenance man was fired for not following covid protocol he was also lying to tenants and the office knew about it and did nothing to help the tenants I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here I do not recommend they will also lie when you go to leave so they can get even more money and not have to pay your a security deposit go some where else I have pictures and photos to prove I left that apt clean and up to standards the maintenance man told me that the blinds are normal wear and tear and he would replace them because one or two was missing from When they had ppl install a washer dryer and destroyed our apt we had to clean after tht they still charged us

Stay away from this place they are thieves all they care about is taking your money I lived here for 4 years they was too expensive with no service but I had to stay cuz I just hate moving and it is so close from my work after I moved out they took my deposit and try to charge me 3000 for damages that was never happened and for repairs that they supposed to do after 4 years of living worst management ever I have big business in Bensalem and I will spray the news to all my customers and employees not going to leave my money to get stolen without action
