Before they state they have no record of me, yes I lived there, but left after tehy refused to fix the mold in my apartment. The windows leaked and water got on the carpet and the wood was rotted. After asking maintenance to fix it, they refused. They did quick patch job and left me with some serious medical issues as a result of it. It tooks months and the mold was still there. The staff was unfriendly and the maintenance terrible.

Been living at Berkeley Trace going on 5 years, maintenance is great!, very quiet place to live, communication is good. Phillip responds very quick to phone calls, a little pricey but overall great! Place to live.

After 10 years of living at this place, maintenance decides to review a massive tree and damaged my brand new car parked only 2 spaces away. Mind they new the car was new. They never contacted me before or even on the day. Mind they had this prescheduled weeks in advance. After damaging mycar, they refused to the 230 dollars to repair it. Even after getting a tree expert to state this was negligent of them to do this, they still refused give me tiny refund of 230 to repair the damage they did. So I took them to court and even the judge agreed they were negligent and ordered them to pay me. So what they do? After 10 years of being a model tenant, they retaliated and did not renew my lease. They did this because I won the case and because even the judge agreed that their actions were negligent. The management of berkley only cares about themselves. Their maintenace is awful. Their windows leak. Their apartments are used and their maitenance did not want to fix things. If you asked for even the basic repairs they labeled you a trouble maker. Mind you this is even when it was obvious that issue was them. They will treat you nice if you ask for noting. In short I would trust anything they say even. I would not rent here.

We recently moved here from a giant complex down the road. The difference is astounding. Berkeley Trace is clean, quiet, and well managed. Management is very responsive to any issues or requests you might have. We had an issue with the cable company and Philip was very helpful in coordinating access to an adjacent unit to help resolve the issue. We definitely made the right choice in moving here.
