Paid $75 to make sure my shipment would be there overnight. 5 days later the package arrived. Fed Ex customer service, said they would not refund money because they don't guarantee anything between 11/1 - 1/19. That would have been a great thing to know before shipping. So I get to Eat $75 and Fed Ex loses a previous customer for life. Great business model :( I will make sure to spread the word to fellow business owners.

Do superheroes exist? If they do, Tammi A. is definitely one of them. I stopped by to print a proposal and ship some documents on a tight deadline. Tammi made something super stressful seem like a cakewalk. I cannot begin to explain how attentive and customer focused she is. What an amazing example of going above and beyond for a customer.
