This apartment complex is worse than student living. I had accidentally put the clubhouse address instead of the apartment address for a package delivery. I have documentation informing me that the package was delivered to the clubhouse at 2:07pm on Wednesday 03/16/2022 and was signed and accepted by them. To only drive over here during my work day because they decide to only have this office open at ridiculous times and days to then be told by a maintenance man that they don’t accept any sort of packages for anyone and he closed the door and walked away. If you didn’t accept it then it would of been returned to the post office. Now I’m on a hunt for my package that i paid a lot of money for. This is absolutely ridiculous and someone who works here will be informing me as to where they decided to throw my package.

I've had several friends that I visit often live here the last few years and they all like it. The buildings and parking lot always look phenomenal. The pool, tennis court, soccer court and bbq amenities also always look in great shape. It's close to a LOT of major shopping plazas too, so you practically have everything next door. So from what I can see, this community is very well kept up. If this was remotely close to my job, I'd be happy to live here myself.

I have been living in the condominium for a short time and the truth is I feel super happy it is very quiet and safe. Anggela Cequieda I love how she always works, my building smells good and keeps it clean. The whole team in general is very friendly and cordial.
