We appreciate the care and responsiveness of the staff including the gentleman who covers the front desk -always willing to help where needed, even to page maintenance or the nursing team when my mom needed assistance. Marie at reception is courteous and welcoming. The nursing team on the 3rd floor have been receptive to our concerns and feedback, and show genuine concern for my mom. The nursing shortage industry wide at times impacts response time -more staff are needed. My mom looks forward to her OT & PT sessions and the rehab team have been great -receptive to our requests for more walking time.

I like the facility. It's clean. The residents are well taken care of. The nurses and aides take good care of the residents. My mother is happy there and I see they care. I can call and get updates about my mother. I videochat with her weekly and i can visit her anytime. I recommend Margaret Tietz 100%

It's one of the worst places to take your love ones. I had my mom there for rehab and within three week she almost die. They're not telling you the truth about your love one, during those three weeks she had sores and wasn't doing great. I wouldn't put anyone in that place. They need compassionate and caring people in these places.

I like this facility exceptionally clean, staff are very friendly... If I have one person to remember here is the wound nurse Ciara. Happy girl. She’s very passionate with her work. My mom had pressure ulcer from hospital stay and she always give you updates. I’m amaze on how detailed she explains everything.. knows her job well. Always checks nurses doing wound cleaning. She talks smart and She always do the work. If I’m going to complain is just the food that they serve, they can improve more.. Laundry are sometimes a problem too but workable. Nursing aides were nice too Thanks to staff for taking care of my mother.. God bless you all!
