Bad experience,kid slapped a person and a whole issue happened police came took her away then they lost all my login info and other people.Doctor gave my daughter attitude.Said my grandma has diabetes in the system did not even do proper testing.Not good for kids lots of cursing Worst office ever I’d give it 0 stars.Also and pediatrics ask for doctor kelechi only good doctor there.

My 80 year old uncle is a patient here and I take him to his appointments. The front desk staff usually respond to our questions. However, the staff in general have no respect for your time. They expect you to schedule an appointment, arrive early (in this case we checked in 45 minutes early), and then wait while you're told, " oh you've only waited an hour (after your appointmenttime)... and we don't know when we'll be ready for you. You can wait or reschedule..." Well, Oak Street Health is next door. I'm calling them today.
