I’ve been living here for a little over three years and it’s not the same. It’s a great location but the maintenance, up keep and nasty neighbors is ridiculously poor. The maintenance people don’t speak English. They don’t even really know what they’re supposed to be doing. Most mornings I see them shooting the breeze with one of the residents that does work in his garage everyday, I’m guessing they must speak the same language. In case of an emergency you’re better off calling outside help. The gym has been over taken by dust bunnies. Out dated Equitment. The pool area is nice. Don’t even bother grilling out by the pool because it’s got a big whole at the bottom so all your charcoal will fall out. People have rigged it with disposable aluminum pans. Parking has gotten terrible. No guest parking spots and people will call to have your car towed. Some people that live here sit at their window all day just to have car’s towed. So you can’t even have guests over because they will get towed since you’re only given one guest pass. They update the gate system but no memo about the changes were announced so for the first few weeks someone post a note on the monitor with an access code to get in. Thanks whoever did that. If anyone lives above you, every time they open their sliding door it will sound like demolition work or as if the ceiling is caving in. Kids play in the neighborhood but people don’t even honor the stop signs so warn your children when at play. If you’re all about location then this place will work but it’s just that.

The community was at one point beautiful but slowly started going downhill, especially since 2018/2019. I can make a full-page list of things that need improvement, but to name a few: landscaping is from the original builder, Lennar, back in 2002 and needs a major overhaul - there is balding, dead grass (especially on 441), dead vegetation and weeds all around the community; the lawn is cut every two weeks (sometimes three), making the community look messy; the clubhouse is restricted to residents (why?) and upon looking through the windows has the outdated decor it had originally in 2002; the gym is dirty and has original old rusty machines with TVs that don’t work; the paint on the buildings is faded; roof tiles are missing in multiple areas; lights on light poles have been out for years; multiple landscaping lights are broken; the parking lot floods around the 4820 building whenever it rains; the asphalt needs to be re-paved/sealed; the playground is so dirty and old that I can’t imagine any children being able to use it; among other issues. It makes me wonder where my HOA fees go each month. The only positive thing I can say is that the pool is nice. The HOA needs a new Board of Directors in the worst way to ultimately fix the community. Any residents who blame Integrity don’t understand that it’s the BOD that make decisions for everything. Integrity is simply a liaison that carries out the orders given by the BOD. If you check out other communities that Integrity manages, they’re in much better shape than Carrington. That being said, it is very hard to reach the property manager. Prepare to go to the office to get anything done as they won’t return your phone calls or emails.

Horrible management group (Integrity Management) in Coral Springs. They have a mouse problem in the several buildings/condos and do nothing about it. Mike's (manager) response is "the odor from the dead mice in the walls will go away. We can't do anything about it." Does this sound like a place you want to live? Nope, me either. Find a better community to live in that cares about the residence like I am. If I could attach photos or give it a negative star I would.

Way too much for the location and security level (none). Management is terrible as well.
