I enjoy living here despite this one horrible woman in the leasing office Leslye. I never write reviews or have ever complained about the past year living here however I came into the leasing office for questions and clarity and she came at me and attacked me in the most aggressive and unprofessional way and was EXTREMELY rude. I have wanted to think she was ok previously and professional, however this experience shook me and really made me laugh as above her office it has a neon sign that says “residents first” when she can’t even simply communicate in a professional manner to me as a resident. I’m not sure if because I’m young she thinks i’m dumb or it’s somehow ok to speak to me the way she did and honestly the whole overall experience I had dealing with her? I am not sure, she came at me so aggressively speaking and wouldn’t let me say a word after I sat and listen to everything she said which did not add up at all because she told me she sent me a lease renewal after I asked her to send me one and she never did and I simply asked for proof that she sent it and there was zero proof she ever sent me it she kept aggressively pointing to a date and a lease but ZERO proof it was sent to my email or resident portal then told me I had to leave my apartment in 4 days as they rented my unit to someone else. Although I was waiting for the lease renewal from her. Liz was absolutely amazing and stepped in while Leslye was speaking so aggressively and rude to me while every time I would question something that Leslye said that made zero sense she would get more aggressive towards me but Liz calmly told Leslye she would take over and Liz was so professional and amazing to work with. However, while Liz took over and helped me Leslye came over to where Liz was helping me and asked me to come over to her like a pet SO RUDE AGAIN saying the most irrelevant information to me that was zero help to the situation and again just made absolutely zero sense and did nothing but make me feel so uncomfortable to be spoken to the way she was I really laughed again when she came back over because she treated me not anything close to how a resident should ever be spoken to. Again, thank goodness for Liz as she told her to stop and that she was dealing with it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE dealing with Leslye.

This review is for AMLI Midtown Miami but more importantly Cris. Cris from the first moment we interacted with her we knew this will be the place we will call home. We were relocating from Nashville to Miami for work and Cris from afar was beyond helpful, kind and patient. We inquired about videos of certain units we were interested in and without hesitation she sent my husband and I those apt videos. Upon waiting for approval for the unit I would call and Cris answered all of my questions regarding the approval process, reserving the loading dock for our movers etc. She truly is such an asset to us as a resident but more importantly to AMLI. Thanks Cris for always being so helpful and going above and beyond!

Had to call in 3 separate times and email several times to get automated lead emails to stop. When I called in and suggested they fix this they clearly didn't care and weren't listening. If they can't get email right I can't imagine they run an apartment well.

We love living here, the location is perfect! What sets it apart the most is the leasing office service, we adore Liz and Cris, they are always available to answer any questions and we don’t feel like we are imposing! Bravo AMLI!
