We linked up with a delivery company named Fetch. This company generates an address for your address and gets your packages at their warehouse. Once they receive your packages, the resident will receive a notification immediately where they can let Fetch know when, where and how they would like their package to be delivered to them.
Yes, there are garbage disposals in the kitchens.
Our residents are the only ones allowed to park through the gates and in the parking garage on a first come first serve basis, however we do offer reserved parking for an extra fee monthly of $100.00.
Through the app where the residents are able to pay their rent directly, they can set up any work orders which our maintenance crew will receive immediately with all of the resident’s specifications.
Preferably set up an appointment, however if we are not previously booked, we might be able to give the tour on the spot. Make sure each person that would like to tour the apartment has a valid ID or Passport as we do “We-Verify”.
We do not have a pet deposit but a pet fee. A $500.00 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet, and $750.00 for 2. Besides the 1 time payment for the pet fee, the resident would need to pay $25.00 monthly for pet rent for 1 pet, and $35.00 in total monthly for 2.
Yes, we do require Renter’s insurance.
The income must be; (base rent) X 2.75 monthly gross income between all applicants, paystubs and/or bank statements must be verifiable through our program. Since the credit qualifications are ran through our system, there is not a set number we are able to provide. It does take a certain amount of factors into consideration such as credit score number and debt ratio. Please call our leasing team for more specific, individual information.
Yes, we do have reliable cell service. Our internet provider is AT&T and the internet speed is based on what the resident pays for.
Yes, we are Non-Smoking.
Yes, we do offer a 24 hour Fitness center, accessible only with the resident’s Key fob.
We do not offer any furnished apartments.
The shortest term lease we offer is for 7 months, however the price does change depending on the months the apartment is leased for, this is mostly due to the flexibility to move.
Yes, there is a full size washer and dryer in each of our units.
