Amazing experience at Midtown 29 , been living here for year and a half and never had any issues! Fran and Gisset in the front office are amazing and always take care of us! Maintenance team is also incredible and always on top of taking care of the building

By far the best managed building I have lived in. The management office truly does an excellent job. Manny from maintenance is phenomenal. From top to bottom this management group has created a safe, efficient, and comfortable living space.

Today was my last day at M29 and have absolutely nothing but all good things to say about this place I called home. Especially with the M29 team. They were the most caring and friendly people when it comes to any needs you May ask for. I wish every else would be as good as them. I was saddened to have to leave. My eyes got watery when I said goodbye to Fran and the rest of the team. I would give midtown29 10 stars. Thanks for the great times and service.
