I lived here 2 years. The office is very helpful in person and have the best maintenance team. The app is very good for paying rent or maintenance request. Only negative I had here was with residents dogs and having my rent raised every year.

I've been living here for 3 years, coming up on my 4th year in November. The complex is well kept and maintenance resolves issues right away. I have the same neighbors from downstairs for many years and have never had a complaint. The only recent complaint I have is that the new tenants do not clean up after their pets. This has been the issue, recently. Aside from this, I feel safe here. In the years that I have been residing at Riverwalk, my rent increased once and not by much. I love my residence. I recommend it.
