I’ve had a wonderful experience since moving to Cottage Cove! Kevin made the application process so easy and answered all of my questions. He also assisted in scheduling some minor maintenance prior to my arrival, and made sure the apartment was looking great for my move-in! Overall I would recommend this complex and working with Kevin as your leasing agent!

I applied and waited several days. I have not received an approval/denial. The staff don't pick up the phone and they stopped responding to emails. I was really looking forward to living here. I should've read the reviews before applying. This is so disappointing. The application fee is $100. Don't waste your $ or time.
