1.Called here looking for a new primary care and was talked into making them my pcp with my insurance that took 3 hours. 2.This clinic was happy to report they had plenty of room for new patients. 3. Go to schedule first appointment with same woman who helped me sign up, she asks me if I am available in late June 2021 for my first available appointment. THAT IS 7 MONTHS FROM NOW. That is correct, they are taking new patents even though they wont be seen for 7+ months. Horrible practice, front desk women were mentally checked out and uncaring.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr Unthank. She has been nothing but professional and considerate, and she goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable and aware of what's going on with every appointment. Even though some of my health issues are relatively rare, she is very knowledgeable and offers solutions that go above and beyond my needs before I even ask. The receptionists, nurses, techs, and assistants are all polite and communicative. I have never felt this comfortable in a medical facility. 11/10, thanks Jamestown Family Health

This is the best primary care clinic I have ever used. They do things a bit differently to insure that the patient, not the doctors, is the focus of their procedures. l am very impressed with how conscientious the individual caregivers are. They really depend their online MyChart facility to communicate with everyone, post questions and test results and make appointments for patients in a very timely manner. Followup care and referrals are promptly scheduled. Thanks guys.
