Baywinds is a well maintained community in a thriving neighborhood that offers an abundance of destinations for shopping, dining and entertainment. I definitely recommend Baywinds for a consumer looking for comfort and good value in Northeast Miami.

Office is almost never open. If though it says it’s opened. When emergencies happen they are almost never available. Need to contact corporate and make a complaint. They run the office however they feel like running the office.

Lived here for 5 yrs. Great location, everything is close by like drug stores, home depot, la fitness, publix, restaurants, gas station. Maintenance was always prompted to take care of any issues and they keep the place clean. Never had an issue with management. The down side is that the people there drive with the garage on top on their cars, sometimes it falls off and make a mess. instead of picking it up they leave it right there. Like where is your home training? You live there. Not much of a gym and the pool is only open during business hours.

Worst experience ever that Spanish lady had me go and get all my documents ready including the money order just to tell me she was no longer going to take application 😒 just like with no sorry for wasting my time nor my gas money and then I asked her why she never answered the office telephone she replied I am always in meetings... the lady that works there isn't helping at all be aware
