The worst apartment complex you could possibly live in. Lived here from August 2020-July 2022. It will look nice from the outside, as its built to look modern with a nice pool and everything. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. The apartments themselves are cheap, our dishwasher was literally falling out of the counter for no reason, and the baseboards fell off on their own. There is zero communication between the leasing office and tenants, so if you have a problem, they are extremely unorganized and won't know if the problem was resolved. Example, a fire in an adjacent apartment caused extensive water damage to our apartment. The damages were left unresolved for months after numerous attempts to contact the leasing office. I even received two phone calls asking if the repairs were sufficient when they hadn't even come to replace anything yet! You simply cannot have your packages delivered here either. All packages are placed in a communal room, so if you gain access to the room you could literally take anyone else's package in the building. We had multiple packages stolen to which the office responded, "we will review the situation" and they never did. We just started shipping things to friends houses. The fire alarms are unbelievable and will sound several times per week (this is not an exaggeration) usually around 3 am. Countless times it would go off in the middle of the night and would not be silenced sometimes for over a half hour. Now to the elevators, at least once per month the elevators would completely go down and they would usually have to wait up to a week to get the "replacement parts", which forced ALL tenants in the building to walk up and down the stairs. This is even more complicated because there is no access to the basement parking garage from the main stairwells! Another issue, we had a toilet randomly start overflowing which caused damage to the carpeting in one bedroom. Even after being informed of this, nobody was ever called to repair it! Now only a month after moving out, I received a four-digit bill from collections to repair the damages that they never fixed! The building never even gave me a chance to resolve the issues because I was not contacted. Unbelievable. There are many reviews like this at every apartment complex but I mean this sincerely when I say DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will regret it.

You have a bad experience in these buildings, none of the heaters work, and they don't fix them, they are always dirty, now it is impossible to communicate with the offices, the parcel room is a disaster, the worst thing is there is no staff with whom Talk so that they can solve you if there is a problem, with what you pay for rent is to get a better service, but this is impossible, it is of poor quality!!!!

We have lived in 2101 for a year and although it is true, there have been normal failures as in any structure, they have been concerned with solving them, as quickly as possible. Hugely grateful to Beatriz for always looking for possible solutions to each case and to Mr. Manuel for his kindness when his service was required.
