Been a customer since 2017. I bought, sold and repaired my jewelery with merchant before. I am very disappointed today. My experience did not match previous visits. I felt like i was being rushed. And the hospitality was subpar. The older woman was kind but indelicate with one of my necklaces. I expressed my feelings to the asian woman at the desk. Then i walked out. Its time to move on I guess. Thank you Venus Jewelers for the past experiences But today Im just baffled by what just happened.
