Rude staff. Had to wait almost an hour just to get the sample collection container and another 30 minutes to deposit the sample container. Just a advice to the people who work here stop wasting our time and do some work I stead of chit chatting or else ask ur management to hire more staff

They do not open on time. They will have you wait outside until they are ready to open. Staff moves without urgency. They don’t seem to care about customers.

Kind staff, quick service. Second time here and it’s the same nice people. Mr. Victor had a great job for my son. Thanks.

I had an appointment at LapCorp Somerset on July 28, 2022 for a blood test. The actual blood test was fine, HOWEVER, the place seemed very unsanitary, there were random hairs all over the floor, some staff were not wearing gloves, and worst of all, there were BUGS. EVERYWHERE. There were isopod insects (rolly pollies/ pill bugs) ALL OVER. There were multiple (I saw at least 5) crawling all over the floor both in the room as well as in the hallway, and I saw one crawling on the CEILING above the chair I had to sit in for my blood test, and I also found one crawling IN THE CHAIR when I first got there. This experience was unsanitary and straight up disgusting. And the worst part is that the staff didn’t seem to notice or care! The state at which the facility is kept is repulsive and I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I have a photo of one big attached, however this is a screenshot I took from a video, so it is very blurry. In the video you can see it crawling across the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

Aside from calling the prescribing doctor to request a copy, you can also try calling LabCorp's customer service number (though that could take longer than visiting your doctor and asking for a copy). If you reach out to customer service, try to have the test date/prescribing doctor's name/lab location available, as they'll need certain info to look up the results. In the future, if you wish to receive your own copy of test results (highly recommended), be sure to specify *as early as possible* during the intake process, when the lab employee asks for ID, insurance info, prescription, etc., that you'd like a copy be sent to you and/or to another doctor(s) also (in addition to the physician who ordered the test, such as your primary care doctor or a specialist). You'll be asked to sign an authorization form and, if you request a copy be sent to another doctor, to provide the name, fax number, and/or address of the other doctor(s). Best of hopes!
Do I need an appointment or just walk in?
Unfortunately, even their website doesn't list holiday hours/closings. If you want to avoid a wasted trip to the lab, best bet seems to be to call them directly to verify holiday hours/closings OR to schedule an appointment through the website.
Aja or portucuenta Czech with with those of the laboratory eyos will tell you how much it is worth i sitelaasen sintonto movement
Yes we do
No you don't have to make an appointment you just have to go In there and just go sigh up .
No you cant if it's close only during business hours
When in doubt, fast. Any test that measures the level of a substance/medicine/supplement usually requires fasting. It may also require the person to stop taking the substance/medicine for a specific period of time before the test, as well. In some cases, you could be instructed to stop taking other substances/medicines/supplements as well because they can also interfere with the accuracy/reliability of the test results. Because of this, would highly recommend that you verify directly with your doctor and/or the lab for instructions specific to your particular case, especially since there may be other factors specific to your case that only they would be able to properly instruct you on (like recommending the test be taken at a certain time of the day or month, etc.). Best of hopes!
Take online appointment or phone appointment. Don't walk in.. very crowded on Saturday
