We had the privilege of dining at Bazaar in Los Angeles a few years ago and loved our experience which is why we were so excited to dine at Bazaar in Miami! We have been fortunate to dine at many exquisite restaurants around the world….my wife and I simultaneously shared this was easily in our Top 3 experiences and we could easily argue our absolute favorite! Strong recommendation is to order their Anniversary Tasting Menu vs attempting to create your own experience. We had unbelievable service by Alvin! Alvin explained every course, the origin of the food and went as far as telling us how to enjoy the food in order to enjoy every flavor and texture. He also spaced out our three cocktails and left their famous drink to the very end prior to our dessert to help cleanse our palate while enjoying the presentation. Alvin, you were outstanding and helped us to enjoy a truly magical dining experience!!

Wow the food here was incredible. We had the salmon tartare as well and the pork belly sliders by the beach and they were excellent dishes. I was too busy enjoying them to remember how to describe them but trust me that this restaurant will not disappoint you. The drinks were excellent and the food exceeded all our expectations. I regret not finding this restaurant sooner in our trip to Miami.
