Hotel staff believes only in upselling and not in Hospitality. Extremely disappointed with the check in process . In room service , we asked for a kettle to make tea . They didn’t have one and charged for the tea bags

The ocean view was actually amazing. Just like the pictures online. The beach and pool service was on point but the our toilet in the room was broken - we only stayed for one night so it didnt bother us much!

Excellent all round! Location, decor and staff! Beautiful hotel and great service. Rochard and Vanessa in reception are exemplary. The bar tender from Italy was lovely as were the staff in the shop. Brilliant all round service - and I have stayed in a few hotels. The beach staff can't do enough to help. There's is nothing that I can fault this hotel for. Oh, actually... wait... please can we have some tea bags in the room next time? The coffee is great - but I'm from London and do love a nice 'cuppa' in the morning. Thank you Palms Hotel for a Miami experience. Looking forward to coming again - if you'll have us?

to add to the previous post. We find the checkout a bit bad if you have an evening return flight, there are no facilities for showering, etc. Late check-out is only possible until 12 p.m. Could you solve something better?
