Hands down my favorite meeting location over the past 40 years of my event-related career.
Gregory L. Kiep
I have traveled all over the world and had one of the most horrific experiences at this property this summer. To summarize, I checked my luggage and backpack with the hotel, got my claim ticket, and then went to pick it up later. When I presented them with the ticket to reclaim my bags, they brought out my luggage but not my backpack (which contained all my travel essentials - laptop, passport, electronics, glasses, etc.) I explained the item was missing and they nonchalantly began "searching" for it for about 45 minutes. Eventually, I asked to talk to a manager who told me he would personally look and that I should go have lunch at the hotel, which I did. An hour later he came to tell me they could not locate the bag and that I should file a police report. I filed a police report and asked to meet with the Director of Security to file a missing items report with the hotel as well. When I arrived at the appointment the next day, he was nowhere to be found - did not show up for the appointment. Long story short, it seems someone from their team probably stole the bag intentionally. Horrible things like this happen in travel, I certainly understand that and I would not blame the hotel for a rogue employee in itself. But the lack of consideration, care, and attention the hotel and entire company showed left me shocked. There were only two followup calls from the Director of Security saying very little and trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible when I asked any question. No follow-up from any member of the management or corporate teams. And no small act of support like asking if I needed to use a computer in the business center, or offering me a phone charger or other item that was stolen. They did not even offer to cover my salad at their hotel restaurant while they searched for the stolen bag. There are MANY wonderful hotels in Miami Beach and I would strongly advise you to choose another one. Not only would I be wary of the people working at the hotel after this but the lack of concern over a problem as serious as this is troubling. Protect yourself and your family and book at a property that cares about you as a customer - AND your property.

Clean rooms and attentive staff. Do yourself a favor and order the mango coconut salad. Best salad I've ever had! Thanks for making my skirt stay great.

No, you have to be a hotel guest to use it, it has 1 pool and you have the beach nearby.
It should be for all people. Ask at the reception
That hotel is somewhat expensive and I don't think they offer breakfast or lunch included with the room.
