This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was amazing at the front desk. Super nice and accommodating. They also aren't nearly as pushy with timeshare sales as other Westgates (I'm am owner but most places they still push for more). The hotel is small and boutiquey but the rooms are huge suites, nearly as large as my apartment with a full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, walk-in double-head shower, a king size bed, and a pullout couch. The toiletries were luxurious and the towels were actually soft. The room was cleaner than any room I've ever been in, ESPECIALLY for being on the beach! The pool was heated at night but the ocean is too lol. Literally a one-minute walk to the beach on the same side of the street AND they have free bike rentals (at least for owners) to ride on the bike trail during the day. Also beach rentals were reasonable. The location is perfect too. Less than 2 miles from most of the cool places in South Beach. I also liked the deli downstairs. Not only can you get sandwiches but you can also get meat and cheese (I just wish they had some crackers too!). Also on a side note I really liked that they allowed an UberEATS order to go all the way to the room and not have to just wait in the lobby. I also appreciated the valet parking... Do know that it's off-site though so you need to give ample notice to get your car (they told me this when I checked in but is just good to know). I don't think I'll be staying anywhere else in South Beach when I go back. 🙂

Favorite family vacation spot. Great for couples with and without kids. Beautiful rooms, views and everything is in walking distance. Not to mention the great customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

-clean hotel - courteous staff anything you need it was with in reach -convenient beach access -activities the have daily activities from movie night to free barbecue on Saturday for lunch -bicycles available to rent if you are not an owner if you are owner it’s complementary -beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent owners $5chair and $8 umbrella for the entire day -parking fee per night that has to be paid upon check in for owners $20 per night being and owner has its perks -Kids love the pool And we loved the fact is a small hotel its very relaxing and not crowded Yes we love westgate and we are owners ! LUISITO is the Best he is the Life of this location always preparing all activities and making sure all the guests knows everything is going on during the day !!!

Its nice there but if I knew about the parking fee I would of stayed somewhere else. Check your car everytime they bring it back. I looked it over with the valet there before I even took my keys.

The resort has valet parking which can be expensive. However, the city runs a free shuttle trolley that runs through Collins Avenue and stops very close. If you plan to stay on the beach you are better off not bringing a car
It has valet parking with different rates for owners of time share and passengers. You can ask for the vehicle whenever you want are problems.
I was there the week of Aug. 21st and there was some sort of "condemned" sign taped to the doors. There was also a security guard watching over the premises. I was so upset because we walked a mile to get there for "comfort" on the beach and the building has been seized. I was furious!!!

Hi Rita! Self-parking is $30 a day; Valet parking is $42 a day for guests, $30 a day for owners.
Our owners can receive up to a 30% discount when booking.
