Best Spa for couples in Miami , never disappoints!

I would give this spa 4 stars but let me begin by the moment you walk in the service of the hostess in the locker rooms is unprofessional, super rushed feeling no slippers unless you ask for it, old bath robs with holes in them, they asked if we could share a locker room for 2 people not cool when 2 people are paying for a service separately, towels was low stock every time I looked for one on shelf’s had to walk far to get them when our treatment was over I was super annoyed by how unrelaxed our getting showered and ready for dinner experience was the lady kept yelling towels go inside basket for 30 straight minutes I know it was close to closing hours but it’s a spa everything should be low voices and friendly not Repetitive yelling ..gave us a major headache!! Couldn’t shower with out her yelling in the locker room … at 6pm they close at 630 and our massage was done at 6! unprofessional for the amount of money we spend on treatments. Besides that the actual spa is nice you get a indoor mineral pool, jacuzzi , eucalyptus infused steam room that was my favorite! & a nice rain shower , everything could be cleaner though bathrooms showers and changing rooms was hair everywhere and dirty towels on the floors but the amenities was clean and fun! The massage was pretty good and you get pool access to the fountain blue . I think they just need to work on the locker room workers so that it feels more professional and comfortable , also I did feel like it was loud inside steam room people were talking loud outside for a bit but then it passed.

I had the best, most relaxing facial here 😌. Afterwards, my sister and I enjoyed the beautiful spa facilities which included a jacuzzi, quiet room, rain room and pool. The staff were wonderful and gifted me with a body lotion for my bday, sooo sweet. We had a great time! We even left for a bit and laid on the beach before returning to change for dinner. I definitely recommend!

What a fabulous day spent! The parking validation is only good 5 hours which wasn't disclosed when provided, I ended up spending about $57. I was there 5 hours and 15 minutes......so I wasn't happy about that.
