Really have nothing but great things to say about this gym! It's always clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the hours are great and it's a great, diverse group of people working out there of all skill levels, ages, shapes and sizes. I would say this gym is probably a good fit for most people. The only exception may be if you're into doing really heavy powerlifting and deadlifts, where you're dropping weight on the floor and fighting for your life haha. Definitely go check them out.

This is one of my favorite gyms. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and yet to have a bad experience. The staff is extremely friendly, machines and locker rooms are clean, and they offer several different classes. Highly recommend!
