A hidden gem. In under one hundred steps I can be swimming in the pool, or for just around 350 steps I can be surfing some awesome waves at Briny's private beach.

The trailers are already here. In some cases you can buy one , pull it off, and put your own. Must meet state regulations, etc. But we sometimes have some really nice ones for sale. Just bring your toothbrush! That's how I bought mine!
