This place is great, I recommend it to any glasses wearer! The Optometrist Ariene Clark is auhmazing. The glasses are so reasonably priced, two pairs for under 300 dollars! All the people working at the vision center are fantastic. Just within 5 minutes of browsing the glasses, three customers were being rude and not following the rules, so maybe the people who have written negative reviews on here weren't treating the staff like human beings who have to deal with impatient jerks all day. They were very quick, helpful, and kind to me. So remember people, you catch more flies with honey, aka just be nice.

Awesome!!! I'm always on my phone or computer, so they recommended a blue light filter on my glasses, and I feel like it has helped with eye strain! Everyone here is great from the doctor I had to the nice lady helping me pick out my glasses!

Went to Costco vision center in Eugene and been to others before. The vision center personnel ignore you if you are looking at their glasses or at thw counter. Went there for a cleaning and adjustment as an Executive member it is complimentary to do so for any member at Costco. No hello, welcome, or how may I help you from any of the staff. Then was asked if I had purchased my glasses and sunglasses there. I asked why does that matter, I have never been asked that before. Then the man named Matt goes on to explain they dont want to be responsible if it breaks. It is a simple tightening of the screws why is that so complicated? I have never been asked at a Costco that before and he made me feel like a nuisance for asking and not in a friendly manner either. I would reccomend Costco to train their employees to be courteous and welcoming to their members. My mother has also felt this same attitude when requiring service before. Train your employees to have a positive attitude because without great customer service you will receive low stars and have members feel they are not welcome. You expect more from Costco and I have received better customer service at others before this one needs some work with the personnel.

I've used Costco Optical in Eugene for nearly 3 years but I've become increasingly more dissatisfied and I'll use a different company from now on. In my opinion the quality of service received from personnel varies very widely from one person to the other, and poor technique in adjusting frames and poor attitude seem to have become not uncommon at this location.
