I AVOID neurologist Dr Dooley .My Uber was running late and I called to tell Neuro and they said they would pass the message on, nothing about needing to be there at 3:55 at the latest. I had no $ for an Uber but was too I'll to drive and needed my treatment. Got in at 3:55 and I am guessing by the teime they checked.me in it was 3:56..My doctor would not see me, he was "unavailable." I've had times I have had 3:40p appointments and he was not ready to see me until 5. I am supposed to get my treatments exactly 12weeks apart. The rules is no later than 15 mins after.apointment Also my neuro never correctly fills out prior authorizations leaving spots not filled.in for both meds and pharmacy. When I complained I was told it was too much leg work by nurse. In regards to the staff checking me in. They were quick to point out I have to wear.a mask and did not care that I was crying and needed a tissue. So now I have to wait outside for over an hour for my ride in the cf.simce I can't cry inside

I keep hoping when I go in it'll be different and the doctor will actually listen and each time more and more I'm let down. Went in for problems I have been having for years now and in the beginning they were understanding, even sent me for an MRI when the med assistant called back she was incredibly rude. When I went in for the follow up, Dr. Ellis just looked annoyed and did what alot of the doctors there do and gave the band aid solution. I went back in this month because the problem is getting worse and she bumps me over to podiatry I thought okay maybe this doc will listen. I was unfortunately very wrong they are fixated on something that's not even the issue, and I want to add they sent over the MRI as well which is a year old and since then I've hurt myself twice in the same foot. They won't look at the actual problem they're looking at something that's not even a problem. I told them about an injury I had a few weeks ago hiking and they brushed it off and said it was already there and that the hiking exasperated it....no I didn't have a problem at all with it before then. They don't let you talk and if you try to explain the problem they just talk over you and aren't very clear as to why they are doing something. The nurse there under the doc I saw yesterday to was very rude she started out ripping paperwork out of my hand and then when she was talking to me she seemed very annoyed and even went on to roll her eyes at me when I answered one of the questions. I truly think it's time to take my care elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible plain and simple. Oregon Medical Group is more like a group of middle school children in scrubs pretending to be medical professionals. I've never once had a smooth coming in here for my appointments, and the staff's quality is poor on its best day. They have no idea how to care for their patients. look somewhere else for treatment, because these people are checked out.
